Today I have a nice assignment for you.
Most probably you will relate to this: a busy job, children, visiting friends and family… days, weeks, months go by without noticing.
We are so quickly drowned in the busy life rhythm dictated by social pressure, that we often forget to be with ourselves.
I would like to invite you to take time for yourself…I hope to inspire you to focus on what is important to YOU!
The assignment below comes from my self-reflection book, which I got as a present from a friend.
It is a relatively simple assignment, but the effect is really nourishing. Its power lies in repetition.
Plan and do something in the coming days for yourself only.
If possible, without technological distractions. Note it down. What is it going to be?
It doesn’t have to be a full-day activity if that is not possible for you right now. Just make sure that it is something that gives you pleasure and makes you relaxed.
I am blocking a couple of hours every Friday to enjoy nature and reflect on life and what makes me tick. Some more about this rewarding experience is in the video below:
